1. Eligibility for Returns (30-Day Return Window)

We accept returns for all eligible products under the following conditions:

• Return requests must be made within 30 days from the delivery date.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, with all tags attached.

• A valid proof of purchase is required.

We do not charge any restocking fees, handling fees, or hidden fees for returns — all returns are free for all products.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Final sale or clearance products

• Gift cards

• Personalized or custom-made items

These items will always be clearly labelled on the product page before purchase.

3. Return Process

To request a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us at returns@luxuresecret.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We will provide a free return shipping label or detailed instructions for returning the item.

3. Once approved, please ship the product back within 14 days.

All return shipments are free — no return shipping fee will be charged.

4. Refunds (Processed Within 14 Days)

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

• Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective item, damaged item).

• You will receive an email notification once your refund has been completed.

5. Exchanges

If you want a different size, color, or product, please include this request in your return email.
Exchanges depend on stock availability. If an exchange is not available, we will issue a refund instead.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
