The best carrier is automatically selected based on your order size, weight, and destination.

5. Where do you ship?

We proudly ship to all 50 U.S. states, including:

• Puerto Rico
• Guam
• U.S. Virgin Islands
• APO/FPO military addresses

👉 International shipping is not available at this time.

6. What if my package is lost or damaged?

If your package does not arrive within 10 business days after shipment or arrives damaged, please contact our support team at support@luxuresecret.com. We will coordinate with the carrier to issue a replacement or refund.
