1. Overview

At Luxuresecret, we want you to love every dress you purchase. Our team carefully inspects each dress before shipping, but we understand that sometimes a style, fit, or color may not meet your expectations.

This Return & Refund Policy outlines our procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds for dresses and related apparel purchased through our website.


2. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Product ConditionDresses must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Proof of PurchaseA valid order number or proof of purchase from Luxuresecret.com is required.
ExclusionsPersonalized or custom-made dresses, gift cards, and final sale items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

All returns are completely free. Customers are not responsible for shipping or restocking fees.


3. Non-Returnable & Restricted Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Lingerie, swimwear, and undergarments included with dresses

  • Accessories such as belts, sashes, or headwear

  • Gift cards or promotional giveaway items

  • Clearance or final sale items marked as “Non-Returnable” at checkout

  • Custom-made or personalized dresses (e.g., custom colors, monograms, or designs)

Non-returnable items sent back will not be refunded or shipped back.


4. Return Procedure

Step 1: Contact Us

Email support@luxuresecret.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos if the dress is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Step 2: Return Authorization

Once approved, we will provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for returning the dress.

Step 3: Packaging and Shipping

  • Pack the dress securely in its original packaging (or equivalent protection).

  • Clearly write your RAN on the outside of the package.

  • Ship the dress to the address provided.

All returns are free of charge. Prepaid shipping labels are provided if necessary.


5. Return Address

The return address will be given once your request is approved.

9. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Dresses

If a dress is defective, damaged, or wrong, contact support@luxuresecret.com within 7 days.

Required Information:

  • Order number

  • Photo of defect or wrong item

  • Description of the issue

Resolution Options:

  • Replacement at no cost

  • Full refund, including shipping

  • Store credit (optional)

Defective returns are prioritized and processed within 3 business days.


10. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 14 business days from approval:

  1. Check your bank or PayPal account.

  2. Contact your credit card company if necessary.

  3. If unresolved, email support@luxuresecret.com with your refund reference.
