At Luxuresecret, we want you to love every dress you purchase. Our team carefully inspects each dress before shipping, but we understand that sometimes a style, fit, or color may not meet your expectations.
This Return & Refund Policy outlines our procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds for dresses and related apparel purchased through our website.
2. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

3. Non-Returnable & Restricted Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Lingerie, swimwear, and undergarments included with dresses
Accessories such as belts, sashes, or headwear
Gift cards or promotional giveaway items
Clearance or final sale items marked as “Non-Returnable” at checkout
Custom-made or personalized dresses (e.g., custom colors, monograms, or designs)
Non-returnable items sent back will not be refunded or shipped back.
4. Return Procedure

Once approved, we will provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for returning the dress.
Step 3: Packaging and Shipping
Pack the dress securely in its original packaging (or equivalent protection).
Clearly write your RAN on the outside of the package.
Ship the dress to the address provided.
All returns are free of charge. Prepaid shipping labels are provided if necessary.
