1. Order Processing & Handling Time

All orders require 1–2 business days for handling before shipment. Handling includes:

  • Packaging

  • Preparing the shipment label

Processing Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM (EST), excluding public holidays. Orders placed after business hours are processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods, Costs & Transit Times

We partner with trusted carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. Transit time begins after the handling period.

3. Shipping Coverage

We ship within the United States only.

We do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes

  • Military addresses (APO/FPO)

  • U.S. Territories

  • International destinations


4. Shipment Tracking
  • A tracking number is emailed once your order ships.

  • Track your order in real time via the carrier’s website.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

If you do not receive tracking within 48 hours, contact support@luxuresecret.com.


5. Shipping Costs
  • Flat rate $6.99 per order for all U.S. shipments.

  • Fees are displayed at checkout.


6. Order Changes & Address Corrections
  • Notify us immediately if you need to modify your order or correct the shipping address.

  • Address changes are accepted only before shipment.

  • Orders with incorrect customer-provided addresses are not eligible for free replacement or refund.


7. Delivery Issues

7.1 Delayed Deliveries

Delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier network congestion

  • Severe weather

  • High holiday volume

  • Customs or security inspections

  • Natural events impacting transportation

Action: Allow 3–5 additional business days before contacting support.

7.2 Lost or Missing Shipments

A shipment is considered lost if:

  • No tracking updates occur for 10 business days, or

  • The carrier confirms it is lost

Resolution:

  • Replacement shipment at no cost, or

  • Full refund

Required information to file a claim:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Shipping address

  • Tracking number

7.3 Marked as “Delivered” but Not Received

  • Wait 24–48 hours; check with neighbors or building management.

  • Verify your delivery address.

  • If still missing after 48 hours, contact support. Replacement handled individually.


8. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship:

  • Perishable goods

  • Flammable materials

  • Oversized freight items

All products are apparel (T-shirts, hoodies) and comply with carrier regulations.


9. Packaging Standards
  • Weather-resistant poly mailers

  • Protective wrapping for apparel

  • Tamper-evident seals

Packaging may vary slightly during peak seasons, but product protection remains consistent.


10. Multiple Items in One Order
  • Most orders ship in one package.

  • Items may ship separately due to inventory, packaging size, or carrier requirements.

  • Each shipment receives its own tracking number.


11. Shipping During Holidays
  • High-volume periods (Black Friday, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year) may cause minor delays.

  • Place orders early for timely delivery.
